How we use it

• Respond to tenders, call-backs and site-visit requests.
• Prepare quotations and administer contracts with main contractors, developers and suppliers.
• Meet health, safety, insurance and statutory obligations on live sites.
• Improve this website and keep it secure.

We rely on legitimate interests in running a contracting business, on steps taken at your request before a contract, and on legal obligation where the law requires us to retain records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with professional advisers, insurers, IT providers, and with main contractors or design teams where that is necessary to deliver a package. We only do so under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and audit. Contract and H&S records are kept in line with UK construction and insurance practice.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
